At Randy's Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
